The world of sweets, desserts and bread art, allows for a great deal of art and creativity. However, as we are dealing with food, this “Consumable Art” is so complex and challenging whether we are making chocolate candy, petit fours, wedding cakes, or gigantic center pieces.

Sweets are a treat made to provide a perfect sensation of taste, smell, shape and color. It is therefore extremely important to maintain "Swiss Clock" precision in the design and creation of each product. After all we first eat with our eyes.

Thanks to my mom Hanna Levy, Grandmother Dora Meyer, Aunt Susie Hoffman, Aunt Loti Meyer and Aunt Ruti Kripor, the Swiss kitchen dominates most of the “Yud” activity.
